Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Athlesi piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and eligibility.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and original packaging intact.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.
Return Window
Once a return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a refund.
For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the return window begins once the final package is delivered.
Refunds
Approved returns are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing and confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
Restocking Fee
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% or may be declined.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Final sale items
International Orders
At this time, returns are only accepted for orders shipped within the United States.
